200 Clothes Avaliable- Glitch or Real?

Sparky posted something about now having 200 clothing item spaces for when you buy clothes. She got a picture that you can have 200 clothes. When I checked to make sure it was real, this is what is was:





It shows that I have 99 out of 100 clothes. She didn't show the whole picture so that we knew it was clothing. It only showed the number of clothes.

    Woah! Its true I had 200 clothing spaces!
    You should too it could be a glitch I dunno!

    Or a members only thing still not sure anyone else know?

    Also you can see in the picture that there is a spike collar you can see I will post one of the whole picture.
